Hennepin County officials believe to have found a lead in the recent national E. coli epedimic when this 13 ft. cow was discovered at a city-sponsered harzardous items collection at the City of Minneapolis Public Works Snelling Avenue Garage. Public works inspectors became suspicous when the structure was found to be stuffed, trojan-cow style, with hundreds of pounds of tainted California spinach.
